How Warm Up was Created
Working at gyms for many years, I noticed people didn’t Warm Up before hopping on a cardio machine, lifting weights, or taking a class.
When I started asking people what they do to Warm Up I realized they didn’t know what to do.
So I created a video library of Warm Up workouts.
Warm Up takes movements from Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, and Ballet to set you up for success in all your fitness endeavors.
Remember every workout starts with a Warm Up.
